Q: Why do I need to provide the make,
model, serial number and caliber? Parts are all the same?
A: Parts can differ from production/vintage to calibers. We can
never have too much information. This helps to eliminate delays or mistakes in
orders (i.e. Winchester 94 Pre ’64 parts for guns below SN 2,700,000 can and do
vary from post ’64 production guns above SN 2,700,000).
Q: What shipment method do you use?
A: Items are shipped through Canada Post.
Q: What are you shipping rates?
A: We are not able to provide customers a flat shipping rate at
the time an order is placed due to a number of factors, namely: the size of the
box, the weight of the box, the value of the items (for insurance purposes) and
the area in which it is being shipped to.
Q: How long will it take for my item(s) to
A: This depends on where you are located. Within Canada items
typically take 3 to 5 business days within major centres. Rural locations may
take longer. Items shipped to the US can typically take between 5 to 10
business days within major centres. Rural locations may take longer.
Q: Do you have any catalogues?
A: Unfortunately we do not. We have been
collecting gun parts since the 1960s and we have two warehouses full of parts.
A catalogue with all the parts is simply not feasible from a manpower perspective
at this time. Give us a call though at 780-489-5711, you would be surprised
what we have stored away.
