Western Gun Parts Ltd. is committed to providing fast, efficient
service to dealers and gunsmiths. In order to do this, we carry a
large inventory of new, used, and obsolete parts for guns. The following
are guidelines and criteria we hope will aid you - and
us - in placing and processing your orders. We hope that these
guidelines eliminate some of
the questions and errors that arise with parts orders. Please take time to read them over.
Remember that we can never have too much information on a parts order.
Ideally, we would like: manufacturers name, model number and variation,
caliber, serial number range, reference manual or manufacturer part
number and description.
Accounts/Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders,
Certified Cheque, or can ship COD within Canada. WGP Ltd. prefers
credit card orders and can keep your corporate credit card number
on file. We find this method speeds up the shipping process. At this
time, in order to keep administration costs down and therefore our
prices down, we are not opening any new credit accounts.
Prices: Due to the frequent changes of factory prices without
notice, we are not able to supply prices on our website or with our
reference manual. Currency fluctuations do also not make this feasible.
If you require prices, we will be happy to quote individual prices
over the phone, or for longer inquiries please fax or e-mail your
questions. Dealers are required to send a copy of their dealers license,
FFL
or other relevant documentation/permits in order to receive dealer
pricing.
Part Numbers: In order to qualify for dealer discounts on
parts, part numbers must be given. Filling orders without part numbers
can be very time consuming and subject to errors. View, key, item
or drawing numbers must be accompanied by the corresponding manufacturers
part number due to the prevalence of different schematics used in
different manuals. We will be happy to assist or help you provide or locate part numbers, when time is available.
Back Orders and Out of Stock Items: Even with our vast inventory,
we occasionally run out of some parts. In some cases, parts are only
made in production run lots when demand warrants. We will back order
more expensive parts that can be cost effectively shipped at a later
date. We will notify you to re-order smaller parts in
a certain time period so that you can add them to a future order,
thus reducing shipping costs. Please not that these time predictions
are just that, they are based on past experience with various manufacturers
and suppliers.
Returns: WGP Ltd. has a re-stocking fee for items that were
not the error of WGP. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
We would appreciate a letter of explanation accompanying any returns,
along with the invoice number, or preferably, a copy of the original
invoice. Please insure returns or sample part shipments, as we cannot
give credit for what we do not receive.
Minimum Orders: We have had to impose a minimum parts order
of $7.50 ($20.00 C.O.D.- inside Canada only) plus shipping and handling because of the
large increase in one part orders during the busy season. The orders
are time consuming and labour intensive to fill, package, and ship.
If at all possible, please
refrain from ordering one screw or spring until you require more parts.
This will help orders to be sent out faster and more cost effectively.
Fax Orders: When ordering by Fax, please make sure you have
enclosed your company name and mailing address, method of payment,
preferred method of shipping, phone and fax number. We do not require
a covering sheet. We have added a new North American Toll Free order
line 1-888-489-5717 to serve you better (orders only please).
Restricted Parts/Gunsmith Fitting Required: WGP Ltd. must
enforce the policies of the manufacturers that we represent. Due to
liability claims in the United States, many safety, trigger and firing
mechanism parts are restricted to factory, proof house, or warranty
station installation only. In some cases, the criteria states only
that qualified gunsmith installation is required. For some of these
parts,
reproduction parts are available with no restrictions placed on them.
WGP Ltd. will make addresses or information regarding the above available
upon request.
Used Parts: We carry many used parts for current, older, and
obsolete firearms. If the cost of the repair is a concern, please
specify and we can often supply less expensive used parts. In some
cases, the only way to get parts for some models is to buy parts guns.

are always adding to our stock.
